Terms of service
These terms apply when you use donchiancapital.com or any Donchian Capital service. By creating an account, booking a service, or making a payment, you agree to them. Where a written agreement exists for a specific engagement, that agreement takes precedence.
01Not investment advice
Everything we publish or deliver, including research, outlooks, backtests, trading systems, talks, and course material, is for information and education. It is not a personal recommendation to buy or sell any security or crypto asset.
- Past and backtested performance does not guarantee future results.
- Markets can lose value quickly; only invest money you can afford to lose.
- Decisions you make, and their outcomes, remain your responsibility. Consult a licensed adviser for personal advice.
02Accounts
You can sign in with Google or with an email and password. Keep your details accurate and your password private. One account is for one person and can be signed in on up to two devices at once.
We may suspend accounts that are shared, resold, or used to break these terms, without a refund.
03Masterclass membership
- Access lasts until your plan's end date; lifetime plans stay valid while the Masterclass operates.
- Videos, templates, and files are licensed for your personal use only. Re-recording, reselling, or sharing them is not allowed.
- Course content may be updated or reorganized to keep it accurate.
- Price changes apply to new purchases only, never to a plan you already paid for.
04Quant Ecosystem
- The system runs on your own server and your own exchange account. We never hold your funds.
- Use exchange API keys with trading permission only; never enable withdrawals.
- Crypto trading is high risk. Results depend on market conditions, your settings, and your exchange, and losses are possible.
- You are responsible for complying with the rules of your exchange and the regulations where you live.
05Research & Outlook
- Scope, timeline, and fee are agreed in writing before work starts.
- Deliverables (model, note, data pack) are for your internal use. Publishing or redistributing them needs our written consent.
- We keep your engagement and any information you share confidential.
- Sample reports on this site use fictional companies and figures.
06Speaker engagements
- A booking is confirmed once date, format, and fee (if any) are agreed in writing.
- Student-run events are free; other events are quoted per event.
- Recording and publishing a session needs prior agreement; slides remain our property.
07Payments
Masterclass payments are processed by Midtrans; we never see or store your card details. Other services are invoiced as agreed. Prices are in Indonesian rupiah.
08Intellectual property and fair use
The Donchian Capital name, logo, research, code, and course material belong to Donchian Capital. Do not copy the site, scrape it, attempt to bypass access controls, or use it to harm others.
09Limitation of liability
Services are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Donchian Capital is not liable for trading or investment losses, or for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.
10Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version on this page is the one in force. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
