Refund policy

01Masterclass: 7-day refund

You can get a full refund on your first purchase if all of these apply:

• The request is made within 7 days of the verified payment.
• You have completed less than 20% of all lessons.
• You have downloaded no more than 5 files.

02Masterclass: not refundable

• Renewals of a plan you already had.
• Accounts that were shared or used against our terms.
• Requests made after the 7-day window.

03Quant Ecosystem

• Full refund if you cancel before setup on your server begins.
• Once setup has started or the system has been delivered, the fee is not refundable.
• Trading results, including losses, are never grounds for a refund.

04Research & Outlook

• Cancel before work starts: full refund of any amount paid.
• Cancel during the work: you pay for the work completed so far, and the rest is refunded.
• After delivery, the fee is not refundable; we will fix errors in the deliverables at no cost.

05Speaker engagements

• Student-run events are free, so there is nothing to refund.
• Paid events: cancellation and rescheduling follow the agreement for that event.
• If we have to cancel, you get a full refund or a new date of your choice.

06How to request a refund

• Email info@donchiancapital.com from the address you used to pay or book.
• Include your invoice or order number and a short reason.
• We reply within two working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 working days.
